Le 16e gala, animé par Sarah Silverman, sera présenté en direct (une première) le 3 juin prochain. Selon la tradition, ce sont les auditeurs de MTV qui votent pour leurs films, acteurs, actrices et scènes préférés pour cette soirée qui s’apparente davantage à un concours de popularité qu’à une véritable remise de prix. Qu’à cela ne tienne, c’est toujours une soirée divertissante, surtout quand Jim Carrey est en nomination (ce qui n’est malheureusement pas le cas cette année).
